I went to this restaurant because it was GIG recommended I was very disappointed. The waitress did not seem sure about what was gluten free. My friend and I were sharing a pot and she had agreed to do gluten free yet the waitress brought regular bread for her and gluten free for me. It was frustrating and I was nervous.

The waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten! They asked when we checked in if there were any allergies and almost everything is gluten free there. They even brought us gluten free bread for an appetizer and brownies for dessert. Would recommend!
Yes
Our waiter had no idea what cross-contamination is. They do offer gluten free but they took no precautions whatsoever. Carrying, pouring, stirring, dripping stuff across the plates of gluten free food and person we had just told him was extremely sensitive to gluten. My daughter ended up eating nothing at all there.
The waiter was not very knowledgable or accommodating. I told him about my dietary restriction and asked for a salad with no croutons. He brought me a salad with croutons. I told them, and they said they would fix it. I thought they did, but as I finished, I found a crouton on the bottom. My guess is they just picked off the croutons. I went with a large group and the waiter decided which items he wanted to make gluten-free (like cheeses) so be sure to tell him which one you want gluten-free! (I thought I did) If I go back, I will ask for a different waiter and make sure they know about my celiac! I might give it another chance because the food is SO GOOD!
Gluten free menu including desserts! YUM!
it was good! you cook eveything at your table in your own pot, so as long as you are with other diners who don't mind a gf meal, it seems pretty safe!

Never on my radar, BUT I read an article by Gluten Free Dad about how it is Gluten free safe spot certified by an independent company. We were surprised at how well versed the employees were the variety offered. So far no one has gotten sick. Everything is brought/made in front of you by you and everything was labeled on the menu. The dessert was the best! GF brownie and cookie that weren’t hard as a rock. I doubled checked with the waitress every time and she wasn’t annoyed by my questions!

The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Almost all of the cheeses could be made gluten-free, they had gluten-free bread to dip in the cheese, and gluten-free brownies and snickerdoodles to dip in the chocolate. Amazing experience and didn’t get sick!

Menu has labels for GF options. When I’m able to have an appetizer, main course AND dessert at dinner I appreciate it. They have GF bread for cheese dip appetizers. And GF brownies for chocolate dip dessert and (for a small up charge) macarons! Don’t sleep on The Melting Pot!

Wonderful gluten free experience. Very knowledgeable staff and the food was delicious. There’s really barely any difference between the gluten and non gluten platters.

Our waiter seem very well informed. He reviewed the menu with me to ensure that I knew what could be offered gluten-free as food came out to the table. They confirmed what was gluten-free. We had our own pot to cook in separate to the people that we were with, I would definitely eat here again
