The food here is delicious and more importantly - safe.
I called before going and the manager let me know that they take celiac seriously - they have dedicated fryers and dedicated workspaces. She said they take extra care to wipe down counters and clean utensils etc.
I ordered the nachos and the wings and both were amazing.
They do have GF pizza but I honestly wouldn’t recommend it to a celiac. That being said, they do use a separate pan for the GF pizzas so they do take precautions if you feel safe ordering pizzas.
The menu lists all GF items that are either safe or can be made safe and even lists which sauces are considered GF.
If you’re in the area, definitely include this as a stop!
Update (2021) - I’ve been a few times since this review and the wings are no longer gluten free. They are cooked in a shared fryer. It’s disappointing because they are still labeled gluten free on the menu but definitely aren’t celiac safe. I’ve emailed twice with no response.
Nachos are still safe and still delicious!!!
