The first thing our waitress did was ask if anyone had a dietary issue, and then she marked “severe celiac” on all my food. The kitchen was AMAZING with cross contamination, they avoided using any ingredient that could possibly have been contaminated and even came out to assure me that they had been super careful when cooking for me. The food was incredible and I didn’t feel limited at all. They even made me a special dessert. Most drinks are GF, I had rosé sangria and a mojito.
