Staff uses individually wrapped crusts, separate pizza pans, separate cutting utensils and glove changes. The pizza and cheesy breadsticks were very good and they have GF hard cider on tap. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The manager told us the pizza crusts are made by a gluten free facility in Michigan (I don't recall the name). Would definitely recommend.
They use Udis crust and a seperate pan. The prep area is common though, so there is possibility of cross contact. I have eaten here a couple times and usually feel a little bloated ( a sign of a small amount of gluten for me), but I have never gotten violently ill. The pizza is AMAZING so for me it’s worth it. The toppings are so good! And I am always impressed with the combo I choose.

I got really sick at 2am after eating here. I don’t know if I have reactions to gluten, but I ended up sick after here. We think it might have been good poisoning since both myself and my non celiac spouse were both sick after, me more so.

Their location in GR is FANTASTIC. They’ve been in Saugatuck since 2018 and I’m JUST finding out...which is a total bummer, BUT a total game changer for 2020 boating season.
Everyone who makes GF pizza should come here first & learn how. It’s a standard Udi’s crust, but toppings are amazing! Best Mediterranean pizza I’ve ever had, plus a fantastic margarita pizza.

I am celiac, and after speaking with the manager I decided it was much safer to not eat here. While they do have a gluten free crust (pre-packaged), they use the same ingredient bins and a shared prep space to create the pizzas. The big red flag for me is that they toss the regular pizza dough in wheat flour, so it’s all over the kitchen in the air (and potentially then in all of the ingredients). They do bake them in a separate pan, but will cook gluten pizzas in the oven at the same time. Celiacs beware. I went to this place because it seemed to be the safest within a short distance of our beach rental, but I ended up going hungry while everyone else ate.

My wait staff was Danielle. She helped me pick a pizza. Ok, it was just cheese but....
Most gluten free pizza is a hard cracker and tasteless. Not here. The crust is 1/4 inch thick and has spices in it. Yummy.
Danielle also kept my ice tea full.
And the straws are paper!
Helpful staff and delicious food (lots of vegan/gluten free options)
Not only does this place serve homemade gluten free pizza crust, they have a fully bevy of vegan and vegetarian options, too. Best pizza I’ve ever had!
