THIS RESTAURANT IS CALLED BAREBURGER!!! It is FANTASTIC AND HAS YUMMY GLUTEN FREE friend chicken sandwiches and popcorn chicken. Just don’t expect to see anything named Naked Bird here :). I was told Naked Bird is the name of their back kitchen. Our server told me that their fried chicken and fries are in a dedicated fryer …. There is a note on the menu that isn’t not a dedicated kitchen and may not be safe for Celiacs - but my server talked to the kitchen - gave me confidence - and they tasted amazing and I did not get sick! Look in the photos for what the front of Bareburger looks like :)

I don’t know why this place/concept isn’t more popular and known amongst gf people. Did takeout (you get it from the bareburger) of a delicious gf fried chicken sandwich on a gf bun with gf fries. So good! Highly recommend!

This place MIGHT be amazing! It is an unadvertised part of the Bareburger restaurant in Stamford. There is no signage, no webpage, but there is a menu that n DoorDash, seamless, grubhub, etc indicating Gluten free with DEDICATED fryers. Buttemilk chicken, popcorn chicken, fries, etc. We chose to go to the location because it sounded too good to be true, and the manager at Bareburger confirmed that The Naked Bird is indeed part of the location and all food is in dedicated fryer. You just HAVE to order it on the delivery sites- which is weird?

I’ll report in again after we’ve eaten!
