Called and asked whether this restaurant is familiar with celiac and can accommodate a severe gluten "allergy". The response was "absolutely, 100%". To double check when we arrived, I asked the server to ensure there was a change of gloves, fresh utensils, clean prep space, fresh ingredient containers. He acknowledged and said this was part of their process.

I ordered the king salmon on prawn risotto with root veggies. Service and the food quality were both excellent.
