A definite for anyone with Celiac who is staying at Baja Mar. All you have to do is ask for Chef Shane Darrell when you get there and he will treat you like royalty. My daughter got a cheeseburger w GF bun, their Caesar salad that comes w roasted chick peas, which he personally roasted himself for her in their own fryer. She wanted chips and guacamole so he also fried the chips with the chick peas for her FYI.
