This review is for the restaurant lobby along with hotel room service. I had a gluten free dining card with me written in Japanese and it was not necessary at all for the staff at the Peninsula. They have a separate gluten free breakfast menu offering an egg white omelette, gluten free toast and fresh fruit. They also have gluten free penne and spaghetti at the lobby restaurant and for room service. Along with this their entire menu labels items that contain gluten. It was a great surprise for them to recognize a gluten allergy and pay close attention to detail, which was a challenge at other places around the city. The service was exceptional and it was the best hotel I had ever stayed at. Location is great, with only a 5 minute walk to the center of Ginza.
