Review of The Pfunky Griddle

Staff is knowledgeable regarding food allergies and will even switch out a griddle for you if need be. So very accommodating! Good amount of options. Experience and staff friendly. Now for the food. I have been GF for 15 years so I have tried probably all of the GF pancake batters and been through the evolution. From the early GF “experimental” flours. We all know those were not the best…. To now. Where you can get pancakes that are almost as fluffy and good as gluten ones. So for this experience I felt like I was eating first generation type hahaha. Really thick and dense. So for me I just feel like they could do better to find a batter that better resembles those gluten fluffy pancakes we use to all eat. So if you don’t mind dense, thick pancakes then it’s fine for you.
