The Pickled Duck Cafe

Asked for gluten free avocado on toast. I asked when brought out is this gluten free was told yes. Ate half of it and was suspicious so asked again only to be told it wasn’t and that the chef hadn’t read the ticket. Not a good experience

— Poor

Couldn't have had a more pleasant dining experience here. A lovely girl greeted us at the door and after telling her I was Coeliac and dairy intolerant she totally put my mind at ease that they could more than look after me. She was very knowledgeable about allergens and gave me several options to choose from the menu. The lunch was a large portion and very very tasty. Five stars!!

Discovered this wee cafe while looking for somewhere with gf options- opposite the Guildhall. Most items excepted breaded could be adapted to be gf. Daughter had Kamchi Duck which was lovely. Other non gf options excellent as well.

Adorable little cafe with a great view of the church. Lots of gf desserts and they have gf rolls. Owner's relative is gf so she knows her stuff. Great experience.
