Great experience! The manager was our hostess and she assured me that the fryers are dedicated and all of the fried chicken is GF. She also assured me that there would be no cross contamination. Our server was Gabrielle and she was great! She completely understood celiac and the need to be safe. The chicken was slightly overcooked but very tasty and the crispy brussel sprouts with chili sauce were great! We'll definitely be back!

They changed their menu recently and now all their fryers are completely gluten free! All fried things are gf, inflcluding chicken strips, fries, and even donut holes! Lots of choices. So thankful for this place!

Amazing!!!! One of the only places in Longmont I've been able to find with a dedicated GF fryer. I was a little nervous because some of the reviews on here say that there wasn't a dedicated fryer at one point, but I called the restaurant to confirm and asked my waitperson a second time just to make sure.

I ate so many chicken fingers and french fries, and I felt great afterwards and the next day, and I'm EXTREMELY sensitive

The gluten free chicken is delicious and the French fries are in a dedicated fryer. Waitress was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. No reactions, had a great, safe meal.

We ate here tonight and it was fabulous. The bone in chicken is safe, but the deep fried items are not because of cross contact in the oil. The waitress totally understood cross contact and even pointed out the garnish on the deviled eggs is deep fried, so she served them separately. The chicken was delicious as well as the side dishes of mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, and beets and sweet potatoes. All of this was gluten free, including the gravy.

So I went in with the Idea I am eating gluten free / celiac friendly fried bone in chicken. If you go in with this mindset your gonna have a good time. There are a lot of options marked Gf that are only allergy friendly but not celiac friendly. They have a separate fryer for bone in fried gf chicken ONLY! The staff was so kind and helpful/ knowledgeable. Now onto the good stuff the chicken. It was crispy, tender, hot, greasy and juicy!! Everything you have ever missed from fried Chicken was present. The mash potatoes with gravy are also celiac friendly and were pretty tasty. As celiacs we know sometime you have to pay to play and this was worth every penny. Thanks post brewery for actually being aware of the allergy crowd and us celiacs! Can’t wait to come back and clog my Arteries!

Only the pressure fryer is GF so careful with misinformation below. They only cook chicken in that fryer so your options outside of chicken is limited.

The Half Bird fried chicken was delicious. Collard greens. Yumm mashed potatoes delightful and the Beets and sweets a nice treat.

Outstanding GF fried chicken. Plenty of other GF options too.

All of their fried chicken is gluten free, fried in a dedicated fried. Gluten free gravy for the mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious and I am so happy to have found amazing gluten free fried chicken!!

The Post has great food. And their bone-in fried chicken is fried in a Dedicated GF fryer. It’s so nice to be able to eat fried chicken!!

If you’re celiac, REMIND THEM! That way they’ll remember to take the biscuit off the plate. They forgot for me, so they redid my meal and I didn’t get sick. I usually use a NIMA if that gives an idea of my sensitivity level. They’re very cautious & try their best to accommodate. They also have GF cider & a full bar.

Edited to add: I’ve been visiting this location for over year now. Sadly they glutened me last week. A new server seems to have been the culprit. :(

Fried chicken and mashed potato’s is the only thing gluten free. It’s excellent and dedicated fryers but 3 star because there’s no other food options

Really disappointed in our waitress. Told her my son had Celiac. There was croutons in the salad and the biscuit was placed on top of the GF fried chicken. I also asked her if the grits were GF and she said she would ask but never came back to tell us & they just showed up on our plate. So therefor we had to ask her AGAIN. Educate your staff management. Very very frustrating.

frier is no longer dedicated after they added a menu item. great food and they are willing to make items up gf but ruined it once my son couldn't eat the chicken after they added a gluten item to the menu that's fried.

Love that all their chicken is prepared gluten free! Wish more of their sides were gluten free. Not even their special homemade biscuits are gluten free and every platter comes with one. Charge if you switch it out for a different side. The chicken was delicious but better like crispy fried.
