My daughter has celiac and did not get sick from the chicken tenders. However I had the gf half bird and got food poisoning. Overall, it was a good experience for gluten-free and my daughter not getting sick. Service was poor and since I got food poisoning, I question the establishment.

We found this place on the app and saw the multiple High star ratings. My daughter also has an egg allergy. The waiter suggested that they could fry the tenders “naked” without any breading, or egg dip. When the plate got to the table, it was clear there was a breading on them. We asked the server, and he insisted that they didn’t have egg/breading. My husband pulled off a piece of the breading, and again called the server over. Turns out the waiter failed to mention the egg allergy on the ticket, and they were in fact, dipped in egg and fried with the breading. It wasn’t until the third time it was brought up to the servers attention that he corrected the mistake. While they ended up grilling nuggets for my daughter and taking it off the bill. It could have been a very horrible day for my daughter…

Absolutely delighted to see such an expansive gluten free fried menu! Tenders and bone in chicken was all gluten free. Gluten free bread to substitute on sandwiches. They don’t have their own menu for allergies but things were knowledgeably marked on the menu and the staff were very aware of what they were doing.

Only one (technically two) gluten free deserts, but I wasn’t disappointed! Blueberry cheesecake in a jar :)

The chocolate chip yogurt dip is also gluten free as long as nobody dips a pretzel into it, verified by the chef!

My kids both have celiac along with other allergies (eggs, nuts, shellfish) so finding a good restaurant that can provide safe food can be challenging. The Post was very good at accommodating my kids' allergies and the menu was marked with allergens. Their fried chicken uses a rice flower so one of my kids ordered the fried chicken sandwich with a gf bun and loved it. My daughter got a salad with pulled chicken. Almost all of the items except for a few (mac and cheese and churro) were gluten free making it easy for my kids to pick out safe options. There is a qr code on the menu which allowed us to enter our allergies to determine the menu items that were safe. It also indicated which items were at risk of cross contact and how they could prepare the specific item to avoid cross contact. This website was extremely helpful and made it easy for us to identify safe options. Our server was very nice and notified the chef and the manager about the allergies. The food was great and the restaurant was very allergy friendly. Highly recommend!

The most amazing fried chicken I’ve ever had! Another review mentioned the fryer wasn’t safe due to donuts being fried in them so I asked. They do fry donuts in the fryer but those donuts are gluten free as well. All of their chicken is gluten free and the items on the menu with fried chicken that don’t say gluten free next to them have something else on them that are glutinous. We did the chicken tenders and French fries. My husband ordered me the gf cheesecake in a mason jar as a surprise and it was also delicious. Wish we had one of these close to us.

As of 4th of July weekend 2022, the Boulder location is offering many more GF options! The menu is now marked GF on several items, and they are no longer making gluten donut holes in the fryer. My celiac daughter ate the buttermilk battered chicken thighs and fries with no reaction. There are several more GF salads, beverages, and entrees, and apparently the weekend donut holes are GF now.

Very sensitive celiac here. The waitress told me that the chicken is fried in the same oil as donut holes during the weekend, which I would not trust if I was ordering during the week. I left without eating as I was not willing to take the cross contamination risk. Very disappointing as the reviews on here were very encouraging. Stay away if celiac.
