This might have been the best meal I’ve ever had in my entire life. Wait staff is entirely knowledgeable of what ingredients contain gluten and will modify depending on needs. It may have been the fact that we were traveling for 30 hours straight but the food was better than anything else I have ever remembered.

They don't have a specific menu, but the staff will consult with the kitchen and write down every modification they can make for every item. Above and beyond!
