Symptomatic Celiac

Several GF options but they can’t guarantee safety for Celiac. Single fryer. No separate kitchen area. My daughter has Celiac and generally does well with GF pizza crusts even without confirmed separation. That’s what she got and she said it tasted good and she had no symptoms.
