Delish cheese curds and fried calamari… however my sandwich came out with a gluten bun and asked for it to be remade and it clearly was not. I asked the waitress to be honest and please tell us if it was remade and she said she doesn’t know and would not ask. Therefore I did not eat it. Very disappointed

Great food! They have a dedicated fryer so I was able to enjoy fries. I got the bbq and on a gf bun. It was fabulous.

My husband who not gf got the grouper tacos and loved them.

The server was very knowledgeable about and went over the menu with me. Items are marked GF and they have a fryer dedicated.

Great experience. The staff was knowledgeable about celiac disease. They have a dedicated dryer for gluten intolerance. Had the cheese curds. 🤌🏼

Good experience. Lots of fun gluten free things you can’t get elsewhere: calamari, cheese curds, chicken tenders, etc. We had the Fish and Chips and the Farm House burger with appetizers. Both were good. We will definitely come back.

The gf food here is amazing! Most of their food is gf, using a corn flour variety. The calamari was amazing, I tried a bite of my son's gf fried chicken tenders and they were great too. Often times gf fried food has little flavor but they actually used spices and created a really flavorful breading. For my main I had the Balck and Bleu burger on a gf bun with their slaw as a side, the bun was great and everything was prepared perfectly. This is a local treasure, I wish that I had another reason to return to Sarasota!

Update on our most recent trip. Safely ate here 3 times. I felt totally safe. Manager explained the process. Owner's wife explained it again on a separate visit. Food if great bar fare and my large party loved it too - event though they are not GF. Everyone found something delicious. Bottom line from the negative reviews I see below: They didn't ask a manager, or even anyone. The menu isn't marked GF since EVERYTHING BUT THE ONION RINGS ARE GF..... Go here. Support them. It is unique in the country to find a place that has this many GF options.

They had a very big menu to select from. I called ahead and asked about preparation and use of a frier (based on previous reviews). Anything battered is done using a rice based flour instead of gluten. My daughter had chicken fingers and fries & did not get sick. She is super sensitive & if she gets exposed she typically is sick almost immediately but always during the night. I waited to write the review until this morning just to be safe. She is 100% healthy and the food was delicious. The staff was very knowledgeable about gf when I called and when my husband picked it up (we did take out). Will definitely add this to our list of places we can safely eat

The person below me has no idea what they're talking about. As a celiac that suffers from a severe allergy that eats from here all the time. ALL OF THEIR FRIED FOOD(INCLUDING THEIR FRIES) IS GLUTEN FREE AND AS THEY USE RICE FLOUR. Any food that IS NOT GLUTEN FREE IS FRIED IN A COMPLETELY different fryer. I've been going here for almost a year. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. 😊

I LOVE THIS PLACE... Gluten free CHEESE CURDS.. Need I say more? 99% of the fried food is gluten free. 85% of the menu is gluten free. Burgers, sandwiches, fish and chips(caution high mercury fish). The steak fries are too die for. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable. They even have deserts. I'm a regular here. Well continue to be forever.

Footlong sized gluten free Buffalo Fried Chicken Sandwich will make you feel like there is nothing “diet” about your gluten free eating! Big enough that it should be featured on the show Man vs. Food Celiac edition. The menu is clearly marked with GF labels but after noticing many of the fried items including calamari and grouper fish and chips (can’t wait to try next time!) were denoted GF, I inquired about the famous Fried Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The server noted all fried items used rice flour and that they were happy to use a gluten free bun. Not sure if this means the fryer is dedicated gluten free but is worth asking for those that need it to be. Haven’t had one of these sandwiches since going gluten free 10 years ago and my only regret is not asking for more napkins upfront to tackle this monster sized gluten free masterpiece!
