Review of The Quarter

I spoke to the manager, Hakan, before going here for a work dinner. He was very helpful and assured me that they would be able to accommodate my celiac and told me to ask for him when I arrived. When I arrived, he explained that they would use a pan instead of the grill, and that nothing fried would be possible because they put gluten in the fryers. But there was still plenty on the menu that I could have, and the server told me that the manager would supervise the making of my meal. I had the sea bream with carrots and asparagus (without the white wine caper sauce because of other food restrictions), and it was perfect. They dressed the plate with green olive oil in place of the missing sauce. It was delicious, and they were so gracious and willing to help. And I didn't get sick! I'll definitely be going back.
