Their designated frier was off and told me it would take 30-45 minutes to set it up and get me fries. I wanted fries and went there for the frier but didn’t want to wait! Overall good food tho.

Spoke with the chef. The separate fryer isn't on unless a GF order goes in, but they'll usually ask if you're getting fries with your sandwich on a GF bun. So make sure to specify. Sometimes they have GF flour for other fried foods, but not always. Ghostfish IPA is available if you're craving a beer.

Great people here. It's becoming one of my regular spots. Burgers are fantastic and the whiskey selection is great if you have faith in distillation.

They do have a dedicated gluten free fryer, you just need to ask and let them know you have an allergy. I have only ever eaten the waffle fries, but they do offer gluten free buns for their burgers.
