The Republic Grille

Menu has a lot of options for Gluten Free and a lot of sides as well. The staff was very helpful and took time to assure items were safe for me to consume. I was amazed how we had drove by this gem many times in the past. Definitely worth your drive to go enjoy the food.

I love The Republic Grill. I've eaten there numerous times, both busy and slow days, and I've never gotten sick. The redfish is awesome, as are the chicken wing appetizers. Just make sure you tell your server you're celiac. One of the wing dips has gluten and they'll switch it out. I would definitely recommend it.

Not a celiac friendly place. A lot of their options marked gluten free are in fact not turkey gluten free. Their fryer is not dedicated, they have to clean the grill as bread products are used. You get excited to see their menu but it’s a huge let down. Place is good if you are not celiac otherwise. Thankfully the server as well as kitchen manager helped identify that, thankfully! If you are just gluten insensitive or it’s a choice this place is great.
