This is dedicated gluten free. I called them and visited, they no longer have sandwiches on the menu. They have bowls and fries even fried chicken. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer, shrimp and chicken is fried in almond flour. The cookies are yummy. Only downside is the parking, have to parallel park. Check them out.
