They were very willing to check the recipes for gluten and dairy. The menu is not labeled with GF options, but the waitstaff was very helpful and accommodating. They smoke their own meat and it was delish! Had braised pork over rice with veggies and savory apple compote, everything was local and freshly made. They even roast their own coffee! Although they are described as a butcher, they have a really nice restaurant and bar.
