Review of The Sandbar Restaurant

I'm gluten and dairy intolerant and very sensitive. I had scallop dish that is made with coconut milk, clarified with waitress my food issues and she checked with chef. Good meal and no reaction. Only 4 stars because waterfront restaurant was a better meal in anna Maria area.
