Rosedale was very rude about making my meal gluten/dairy free and I was sick after eating.

I've eaten at the SW one off Ming a handful of times when I've been in town. Most sandwiches can be made to be GF. Said they have a separate preparation area for GF. The GF bread is very good & they do offer a GF cookie that is tasty. Portions are sizable and food is very good. Given the offices surrounding this location, the lunch crowd can pack this place easily.

The 18th St location seemed annoyed/inconvenienced that I was ordering a sandwich on GF Bread for my daughter. When I mention she was celiac, cashier got attitude about telling me that she can't guarentee cross contamination. I told them I realized that and take that risk, and asked them if they at least wiped down the area first and use a separate knife " Well yeah" was her response. When she told the sandwich maker that we had a GF sandwich, she very loudly announced "I tried telling her we couldn't guarantee no CC". Sandwich maker turned around, stared at us, sighed loudly and went on to make the sandwich. If customers are going to be such an inconvenience when it comes to ordering a GF sandwich.....they shouldn't offer it.

Good quality sandwich on Udi's bread. I had the Monterey Chicken Club. No side effects.

Love Sequoia Sandwiches and found out they use Udi's gluten free bread. Their not quite the same size as the original sandwiches, but you still get that great taste.
