Don’t trust this restaurant if you are celiac. Staff was kind but ultimately I ended up sick. I ordered the gluten free turkey sammi, it was delivered as a wrap not a sandwich so I waited and confirmed with our server it was gluten free before eating it, he confirmed. Once I bit into the wrap the texture seemed like flour, so I stopped and waited to ask him again. He confirmed it was gluten free a second time and even went to the kitchen to check the brand of tortilla. He came back and said it was Sysco but seemed confused. So I asked again, what type of flour was in it and he left the table after confirming for the third time it was gluten free but saying that he would check the ingredients. At that point a manager came over and asked if I was gluten free by choice, when I said no he said “we were going to have a problem because I was eating a flour tortilla.” They took care of my meal, but I’m on vacation visiting friends and had to cancel all of our plans. Don’t risk it, they are just going to confirm a meal is gluten free when it’s not.

Gf pancakes and yummy meals! One of our fave places to go, but beware, they get busy and there can be a good wait time sometimes!

Both times my daughter ate here she got sick, even after making sure the servers knew how important is was that her food be gluten free. Maybe it’s just the two servers we had because we have heard how great they are here with being GF. Disappointing though as my daughter doesn’t dare to go back. (Update Jan 2021,went again, glutened again.)

The Food was so good, I got the fall special one of the best GF pancakes I've ever had. The waiter was very knowledgeable.

Delicious (yet pricy)! Huge and amazing gluten free pancakes, delicious adult drinks, fun atmosphere, and delicious coffee! Great staff...educated about gluten free and cross contamination.

We had the regular menu and the gluten free menu and my husband pointed out that their "beer braised" brisket was on the gluten free menu! Pointed this out to the manager who was very surprised, like, "oh, yeah? Beer is gluten?" By the time they sent out our food they made a mistake on all four plates and gave us regular pancakes instead of gluten free pancakes. Gotta watch it here-they don't really understand!

They have a gf menu and the staff and manager were very knowledgeable and they even mark your plate with a special stick so they don't mix it up and carry it separately! Very sensitive celiac and didn't get sick! Food was delicious and they have gf pancakes!

We LOVE The Shack! Excellent & super yummy breakfast and lunch choices that are GF!

I love The Shack, they have so many good brunch options! I highly recommend using their online wait-list during the weekend, as they can get a very long wait.

We ordered the breakfast banana split, giant pancake and bacon and it was all fantastic. The banana split came out with granola and before we could ask - the server scooped it up and said that she would fix it. Everything tasted great and the service was fantastic!

Cannot wait to eat here everytime I'm in town. Awesome for Celiacs and awesome for all of their gluten eating guests. Service, taste and safety are always top notch. Also recommend their sister restaurant The Corner Pub. Wish ALL cities had these amazing options.

Loved it. Visiting from out of town and so glad I found this place. Separate GF menu and my food came out with GF marker on it. I enjoyed the skillet very much! So yummy! And this place is also a supporter of Travis Kelce’s 87 and Running Foundation. Win win!

We had a great experience, great food and great service. Tracy was the best! Huge gluten free menu. The restaurant itself is so cool and great environment. Would definitely go back.
