I was here in early June 2017 and the staff behind the counter seemed to understand celiacs and they promised they would keep everything separate. the crepe was delicious. I am extremely sensitive and did not get sick. Also, they put a little flag in the middle of my crepe to show that it was "allergy"... which impressed me
