The Skinny Pancake

Had the chicken pesto and sugar monster crepes. Great gluten free options. No dedicated fryer and the milkshakes are not gluten free but staff was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They even checked the ice cream when I tried to order the milkshake and let me know it was produced in a facility that also processes wheat. Will be coming back

We have 2 kids with Celiac disease and one that is fairly sensitive to gluten contamination. Upon ordering, we clarified that we needed the GF crepes because of Celiac disease (not just lifestyle preference). We asked if a separate griddle was used for the GF food and the server checked with the manager. They indeed use the same griddle but have a specific cleaning protocol. We were quite apprehensive and asked them to please clean it well. Luckily (and surprisingly) neither kids had a reaction. The GF crepes were a hit! We'll definitely be back and will definitely implore them again to clean the griddle well. I do wish they had a separate dedicated griddle but I was impressed with how their protocol did work well. Good value and a hip place!

Crepes were delicious, staff added gluten allergy line item to each crepe we ordered and each came out with a GF pick, but I got glutened anyway. 😣 They were very apologetic and escalated to the manager who offered to compensate us, which was very generous.

They clean the griddle before cooking and will happily change gloves. I've eaten at this Skinny Pancake as well as several other locations and have never had an issue! The only GF crepe is buckwheat but there are so many great filling choices!

Pro tip: order two crepes here and eat the second during you layover. Gluten free meals are impossible to find in other airports!

Counter staff was friendly but messed up our order. No wait staff, DIY service was kind of annoying. Coffee creamer was curdled. Food was still good.
