Upon informing our server I was gluten free, the head chef came out and spoke with me. he walked through their cleaning and meal prep processes and how he could make my meal without cross contamination. He prepared a Charturie board and Argentinian Pork Chop with chimichurrie sauce. The food was some of the best we have ever had. I have zero effect from eating here. i I highly recommend eating here if your truly a celiac friendly gluten free meal.
