Due to the limited number of celiac safe options in town, I made sure to ask the front house about the options for GF before bringing my family in. Once seated, I ordered something from the menu that should be naturally GF, their blackened salmon salad. I also specified with the waiter that I had a gluten intolerance and he assured it would be a safe option. I was depositing my meal back into their septic system before I could even get the check. Celiacs beware. Service was excellent, but I was too sick to inform staff and get more information as I had to leave before investigating any cross-contact risks.
My daughter is a newly diagnosed with celiac, so it was a pleasant surprise that our server was knowledgeable on the condition and GF free choices on the menu. Our server helped our daughter navigate the menu so she got a GF meal she really enjoyed. The kitchen has appropriate GF protocols in place. Everyone in our party had a great meal.
Had one of the best cobb salads ever. The server asked if I was celiac and noted on order. After a brief time, the server returned to report she had talked to kitchen staff also.
