I think this is the best GF pasta I have ever eaten in a restaurant. I had the Brown Butter--Hazelnut Sauce over GF Linguine. It was made with brown butter, hazelnuts, parsley, Romano cheese and fresh sage. I ordered a side of Seasonal Vegetables which consisted of snow peas, kale, grilled onion, garlic and roasted yellow beets. It came on top of the pasta and made for a excellent dish! There is only one type of GF pasta available on any given day, so they may have penne or spaghetti rather than linguine.
