The server told us the chef could make any item on the menu GF by altering the sauces. They did just that and the food was amazing! So impressed with their ability and dedication to providing a safe meal. I definitely recommend eating here.
The menu does not list gluten free options but the server was very knowledgeable and checked with the chef. Our meal was delicious! Quite a different variety of meat options...buffalo, duck,venison,seafood,etc. I had the bacon wrapped scallops with a sweet potato salad.
Our experience here was outstanding! Our waitress had celiac and was able to make accommodations and recommendations for us. The food was fresh, creative, and amazing! They did an outstanding job!
Chef/Owner Chris Hoffman and his staff are very accommodating to requests for gluten free meals.The ingredients are top quality. The menu is varied and the meals are woderfully prepared and presented.
