We visited Friday morning, from out of town, based on stellar reviews. We had a 10 min wait before getting seated, though the restaurant wasn’t full. Another 15 min wait to see our waitress, get menus, place our drink order. It was clear the kitchen was understaffed. They were loud and could be heard in the dining room. The waitresses appeared flustered, but stood around talking rather than refill anyone’s drink. Our food came out cold and was subpar. It was dirty and I’m unclear on how the previous reviews came from the same restaurant?!
Good food. Went twice and didn't get sick. 4 stars because once they told me home fries were GF, but the next time they said they weren't even though the celiac next to me was eating them.
Everything here is great for gf and the staff is very knowledgable. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they do charge you $1.50 extra for gf toast, which is kind of annoying.
The Ugly Omelette is a fabulous place for a GF person to eat at. I told my server my needs and didn't realize that one thing I ordered had gluten. She let me know and immediately offered me an alternate side. Quick and easy. No one made me feel "special". :)
Super friendly and knowledgable, We actually had many choices on the menu. They cooked our food seperatly and care about the quality of their GF food options. Looking forward to going back. Our best restauant experience since being diagnosed with celiac.
New location allows them to cook homefries separate from others! Great breakfast place
