I have nothing but good things to say about Veggie Grill! I was in town for 4 days, staying nearby, and ate here for lunch each day. The food was super delicious and I had no reactions at all. I didn't really take any special precautions with ordering other than ordering things that were already GF as prepared normally (no modifications) - and I let the cashier know about my celiac disease. I don't typically order a (non-alcoholic) drink when eating out, but the strawberry lemonade was pretty addictive. All in all my only request is for Veggie Grill to make its way to Chicago! Native Foods was one of my favorites in Chicago, but alas they are not very GF friendly so I haven't been able to eat there since my diagnosis.
Yes
My favorite "fast food" GF place. Lots of choices and knowledgable staff.
Good food and some yummy options
I wish Veggie Grill were right next door to me. I would eat there everyday. They have many gluten-free options. I love the GF All Hail Kale Salad and the sweet potato fries.
This place was good! Not too many Gluten-free options, but what they did have was great. Unfortunately, the vegan meat that they use has a wheat binder so I couldn't eat any of the "meat" dishes.

I had the VG Classic, which comes with a beyond burger patty. The bun was drier than a school cafeteria grilled cheese. 2/10 burger

The menu is marked with gluten free options. The food is all vegetarian.
Dessert is limited. Fries are good, but not a dedicated frier.

Lots of gluten free options and felt safe to me, though I must say it was very bland and the proteins options had the texture of styrofoam. A little mushy overall.
If you’re desperate for something safe, a good place to go, but don’t set any high expectations.

Be extremely careful if you decide to eat here. Though they are a chain, and there are some GF items marked on the menu, I have had the staff make mistakes a number of times and also the Mas veggies taco menu is confusing resulting in me being served and eating a seitan meat dish. Consult the allergen menu which is posted online, and inspect your food. Do not assume they got it right. I have been served a wheat bun by accident here. It's great for vegetarians but if you are careful about gluten, honestly I would just eat elsewhere.
