Review

For dinner, it is a Prix-fixe with 3 courses. For a special occasion - pricey ($92 ea.). There is a lounge buffet that is also clearly labeled for gf that is about half that price. The restaurant rotates 360 degrees over the course of an hour and is 48 stories above midtown Manhattan.
