Have been to the walrus room several times over the years and recently went for the first time since being gluten free. The food and experience was great, had the wedge salad, strip steak and whipped potatoes and green bean sides. No markings on the menu but the server was very knowledgeable and the majority of the menu can be made GF. No dedicated fryer. A few GF desserts (crème brûlée, pot de creme) available.
