They do not have a gluten free menu and their menu doesn’t designate any gluten free choices. Wait staff was not very knowledgeable but felt like they could make things gluten free since the owner has celiac’s and eats the food with no problem. Not confident is how food was prepared.

Son and husband have Celiac. Owner & his family members are super gluten sensitive- so he is very aware of cross contamination! Great burgers just to start - their menu is clearly marked- realllllly good GF burgers/bun, brisket tacos, & more. Oh and ask for the sweet potato fries PAN FRIED - sooooo amazing!

Great experience. I had the brisket tacos and although the waitress wasn’t sure about gluten, she asked the manager and was very helpful. It was delicious!

Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to sample the cuisine here. We stood at the hostess podium for 5 minutes with numerous employees walking past us without acknowledgement. Finally, a server carrying a platter said, “We’ll be right with you.” 5 more minutes passed. Several patrons left their tables to snag their own menus from the podium. We took that as the final straw and left, unnoticed by the staff. I am giving the restaurant one star in order to be able to post about our experience. Very disappointing.
I had a very different experience coming here for lunch. The staff did not seem knowledgeable or understanding about gluten allergies at all. Items are not marked on the menu and there's no separate gluten free menu. No separate fryers, beer in the jus. My sister's food came out, then I was told what I ordered couldn't be made gluten free..idk what happened

Alex was terrific in making sure my wife’s French dip were gluten free! Sandwich and coleslaw was tasty and safe! She is a celiac so we are careful. My bison and chili burger was outstanding!

Wonderful experience! The staff was very knowledgeable of my allergies (celiac & dairy) and made sure to helped me through the entire menu to figure out what I wanted. I got the brisket tacos and a gluten free beer and the next day we went back again! I am very sensitive to any gluten cross contamination and had no reaction at all. It was the best food I’ve had in a long time being gluten free for 10 years. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I ate there for lunch. Our server told us he has celiac and most of the food can be made GF. The fryer isn’t a dedicated fryer so no fries or chips. I had the brisket tacos and they were very tasty. I will come back again when we visit in the future.

I had a really good experience. Our waitress (student exchange program) was great at double checking, and clarifying gf options for celiac. They don’t have dedicated gf fryer. Burger was very good, slaw was yummy. They have one gf beer on the menu. I have celiac, and I did not get sick.

New Planet Gluten Free beer is the best I’ve ever had. They also have several cider options. I had the mushroom Swiss burger on a GF bun and sweet potato fries. It was all great!
Excellent burgers, pasta dishes. Sweet potato fries were great. Service was fast and knowledgeable staff open until 10:00 when others mostly close at 9:00
I enjoyed a delicious bacon cheeseburger on a GF bun with a side of Wapiti Cole slaw.
Good food, but they brought out my burger on a regular bun, not GF. Had to send it back.
Delicious food and fabulous server!

Friendly & good food! Our waitress told me what was available & double checked items. Some reviewers get upset if the server needs to check with the kitchen - not me! She was very conscientious & concerned. A definite repeat for us, even though slightly speedy.

We enjoyed the cozy rustic patio seating, the delicious wine Sangrias and the GF salmon salad that arrived with a very generous portion of salmon. An extra treat are all the young European waiters/waitresses who work near the National Parks. They are eager to please and fun to chat with.
knowledgeable waiter who was willing to talk to the chef and ask questions. Had Gluten Free pasta
Yes
Poorly trained staff that didn't know what was gluten free. Several times our waiter had to ask if an item was gluten free from other staff. The trout was poorly cooked with slimy uncooked skin. There was no gluten free menu available. The side salad came with gluten croutons. The service was poor and the prices were not $. Hamburgers are $13. The waiter and hostess were new arrival foreign students with poor english skills. Definitely poorly managed.
I've been here twice and both times I have left happy and full. Neither time did I have any issues regarding server gf knowledge or wait time. I was impressed that upon my inquiry of gf buns the server informed me they are dusted with corn flour and asked if I was ok with corn. They also have 2 gf beer bottle selections and Colorado cider on tap. However the fries are beer battered. There are sweet potato fries available, which I ordered instead since I do ok with shared fryers.

Food was delicious! They seemed very knowledgeable about gluten free and answered all questions without hesitation. Had the fish tacos and they were excellent!
Atmosphere is nice but service was so slow even though we were one of two tables in the restaurant 😕 not sure if ownership had changed since the last reviews but they did not have a designated gf menu but did offer gf buns. I wanted to try the gf Alfredo another reviewer mentioned but they no longer had it. I ordered chicken nachos which were very good minus the salsa.

Great food and a really good GF buns. They were great about checking ingredients if you have any questions.
Food was fantastic and location is nice. Gluten free bun was very good with the pulled pork.
even with a big fire in estes park and some of the staff out, the service and food were great. had gf salmon pasta and it was awesome. my wife had gf Alfredo and loved it as well. folks with us had glutenous entrees and were happy too.
