Not made in a dedicated kitchen. They were very nice and described what they did to avoid cross contamination but their brownie failed my Nima tester. Avoid if you have celiac.
I stopped in when I was in the neighborhood after reading a review on this site. They had several gluten free brownies and shared the following:
-Gluten-free brownies are made on a different day
-They use a separate oven for the gluten-free brownies
-They clean the counter TWICE before cutting the gluten-free brownies
The brownies were delicious and I appreciated the extra steps taken to minimize cross contamination. While they can’t eliminate contamination, they did the best they could and I felt safe eating brownies there. However, I wouldn’t say it’s safe for celiacs as I wasn’t feeling the best the next morning.
Absolutely amazing homemade brownies - both GF and regular. They make so many different flavors to choose from including cookies & cream made with GF cookies!! They take every precaution with keeping the GF from the regular brownies and I felt very safe eating brownies from here and did not get sick afterwards. They also have ice cream to put on top and warm the brownies up for you!
