The server that we had (Nicole) was not appropriate in how she managed our table or the gluten and dairy allergies that my wife has. We asked when we were given our menus rusty items were gluten free and dairy free. Nicole very quickly and without much confidence which items were potentially gluten free. she did not address the dairy issue at all. We ordered items that she listed as gluten free. When ordering, she did not think to mention the items in the dishes that did contain gluten our dairy, she had ordered the cook on the steaks wrong as well, forgot about the gluten and dairy allergies and brought bread and butter, and was rude when we sent the steaks back. far too expensive a meal for such incompetence and disrespect for allergies.
This is my go to restaurant in Summit County when I want a really good meal. It's a really cute place in an old Victorian era house. Theu are very savy about GF requirements. Their menu changes seasonally, and they even offer GF meatloaf, ahhh comfort food along with more sophisticated dinners by their wonderful chef. I loved their gf chocolate dessert, but alas it has been replacef by gf key lime pie (way too sweet for my tastes.) I've eaten here on many occasions and never had a reaction ftom my CD.
Super Food Salad was excellent!
Pricey but good selection of gluten free. Half price wine by the glass at happy hour helped. Their elk medallions melt in your mouth after a coupled bites.
Best gf restaurant we have found. Elk medallions, salads, great gf bread. Good atmosphere and service. Would definitely go back!
