Dinner here was quite good... They were fully aware of my allergy as noted and our dining reservation. In fact it was the first thing the server mentioned when he greeted our table... He offered several personal recommendations as to the best gluten-free meals... The gluten-free rolls were a treat. I had the salmon with a sort of jambalaya rice blend that was quite good. Service was great and would be happy to dine here again...

The Wave was a big splash!! It was awesome! Most of the food is locally grown, and the server was super knowledgeable about Celiac. He even checked to assure the "fruity beverage" I ordered was gluten free. I had the beef tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, and asparagus. I also had cream brulee for dessert. I highly reccomend this restaurant!

I'm 11 years old with celiac. Amazing food, basically the whole menu can be made gluten free. I had the filet mignon, very good. I recommend this to anyone.

Delicious chicken sandwich. The bun was very good and did not crumble! The fries were so good, too!

We had a wonderful meal here. Originally had Castle Reservations but cancelled when I realized they no longer have scallops on the menu. My 12 yo celiac daughter loves scallops. We don't bring gluten into our home because of her so we all eat gluten free. My husband had a wonderful gf beef fillet, daughter had the gf seared scallops, 2 yo son had a delicious gf side of cheesy mashed potatoes and I had the gf chicken. Our entrees were wonderful. They brought GF rolls and butter. Of course, they weren't warmed enough but they usually aren't so we are accustomed to that. The dessert was a lemon blueberry. It was ok but nothing spectacular. We will definitely be back. It was a great atmosphere for kids who don't eat well when it is loud. The kids were very much welcome.

Chef Matt came to our table and asked me what I had a taste for - a lot of the menu was gluten free already. Much of it was farm fresh - he could actually name towns the food came from. I was torn between the scallops and the chicken and since I decided on the chicken he sent out a tasting of the scallops for us! Wonderful dinner - and the grilled peach salad was to die for!!!
