Attended an event here. They were super accommodating. Received appetizer safely, with gf toast replacing the regular toast. Brought be out safe bread to start. Fresh fruit provided for dessert option.
NO DEDICATED KITCHEN - the very friendly waitress told me that the chef will try to make your order gluten free, which turned out to be GF soy sauce, rice and raw tuna. I do not recommend this place.
Called ahead and the hostess understood my questions and spoke to the Executive Chef while I was on the line. He said he could absolutely prepare any protein, vegetable, and starch without any cross contamination. Also informed me that their fryer was not dedicated, so he would not prepare anything that would need to be deep fried. Steak was amazing, felt perfect afterwards.
