The garlic Alfredo is not gluten free. Able to substitute gluten free pasta and crust upon request. The gluten free crust is $12 for a 10 inch. Able to build your own pizza or chose from their signature pizzas. Waitress was knowledgeable about what contained gluten and what didn't. Bummed that the Alfredo was not gluten free as that was what I originally went to this restaurant for. I got the build your own pizza which was okay. The crust was thin and was not super flavorful (I dipped it in ranch which was better). The crust was crispy on the ends but the middle was slightly soggy when it was brought out.
Ate at the downtown brick town location.
Let the waiter know I was severely gluten sensitive so they could prepare my food separately with the least contamination as possible.
I was able to order a pizza with a creamy Alfredo and my choice of meat (excluding the meatballs).
I’d say they are very gluten free friendly however there is not a dedicated gluten free kitchen.
Crust gummy- fully done but still doughy consistency in middle. NOT celiac friendly- felt bad almost immediately after eating & got sick within 30 min of eating it. Definitely contaminated. Do not recommend for celiac or gluten sensitive people!!!! Empire slice house 20xs better- heck, Pizza Hut is better!
Very good GF pizza. The prosciutto wrapped pears are amazing. If you don't try them, you have missed out on an amazing life experience!
The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten! The GF crust is amazing, and everything can be made GF - except the meatballs, like most GF pizza places! Definitely a go to for delicious, fresh, pizza.
Can make all pizzas gf but make sure you don't get the meatballs. they make them with bread. they do have garlic gf flatbread for appetizer! ! yummy
