The owner's wife is a celiac and they strive to offer both safety and variety. Most items are or can be made gluten free. Because of the dedicated fryer, I was able to have salmon balls and hearts of palm fries. They even have a GF cheese tortellini! The features change regularly, so there is usually something new to try. They usually have at least one gluten free dessert that is not flourless chocolate torte available as well.
Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and was able to make both sandwiches and pizza gluten free. The pizza crust is amazing.
