They are the real deal! I believe it was the owner, but the guy who served us said his wife was gluten free due to celiac disease, and explained to me what he would recommend for people with celiac. The french toast was amazing!! Made in house with the ingredients list right on the menu. Super nice touch imo

Classic breakfast diner menu with good attention to GF protocol. If you have celiac, you will need to avoid the waffles (there is some issue with cross contact) and ask for your bread to be toasted on the grill. Otherwise, lots of menu options! The owner Rick is extremely nice and accommodating!

Food is great. Very conscientious about gluten. Owner’s wife has gluten intolerance. Just be sure to let them know you are celiac. Can toast bread on grill and serve separate butter.

So delicious! We went there two days in a row. The first day I got the jalapeño bacon blt and sweet potato fries & the second day I got waffles with strawberries, and hash browns! All of it was so good. They have a dedicated fryer, gf waffles, gf pancakes, gf muffins, gf bread/toast and more!

Food was super good and large portions too! They understand cross-contamination. Be sure to ask for the bread to be grilled instead of toasted! Lots of options - eggs, French toast, pancakes, and more!

Richard The owner was our waiter. He was so helpful and knowledgeable of celiacs. He even told me that if I wanted toast he is glad I told him I had celiac so he could grill my toast to prevent cross contamination. He is super friendly and cares and understands because he wife has similar issues. The food was delicious!

Lots of gluten free options on the breakfast menu, which is served all day. They have gluten free French toast, pancakes, and waffles.
French fries are NOT fried separately, but I was able to get hash browns gluten free since those are made on the grill not in a fryer.

The owner and staff seemed well informed about cross-contamination. The eggs were unbelievably delicious. The owner raises the chickens himself. I did not get sick after eating here. You do need to inform them if you actually have celiac disease, as they use a shared griddle to prepare many items.

We loved the place. My son had a lot of glutenfree options. Our friendly waiter was very helpful with finding options for me that were also dairy and soy free.
The corned beef hash was the best I've ever had. The french toast was outstanding as well.

Everything was delicious! Good GF options.
Owners wife has Celiac. He is very knowledgeable about ingredients and avoiding cross contamination. I had the cinnamon raisin French toast and it was delicious. Selection varies. Other options that day were berry coffee cake, chocolate pecan muffin, and multigrain bread.
