This place is very accommodating to gluten free people. They have a light eater option that includes cornbread. They take off the cornbread (it’s not gf) and you may choose two sides. Their sauce is gluten-free meats are gluten-free and many of their sides are gluten-free. Lots of options!

Not celiac friendly at all. We rode the train from Durango and when everyone gets off, all the restaurants get crowded and busy. We chose this restaurant based on other reviews but when I asked about their kitchen policies, they told me the same person handling the GF meat also handles the bread. Shared kitchen and almost guaranteed that the meat is cross contaminated. So two non GF family members are there and me and my daughter had peanut butter and GF crackers that we bought at the little grocery store down the street.

Bbq was delicious lots of GF options
Staff was super friendly, and ordering was super easy. They had the food out super quick. I got the Lite Eaters pulled chicken with potato salad and it was SOO good. Chicken was super moist, bbq sauce was amazing. Best bbq ever! (And I’m from Texas ;) )

Cashier was very knowledgeable. She told me she has to be gluten free as well. I had a pork stuffed baked potato and it was very good. It’s nice to have safe options in a touristy area.

Great BBQ. Gluten free options, eaten here twice with no reaction!
Excellent GF BBQ food. Crowded but does a great job getting everyone seated.

Pulled chicken was dry--too well cooked. Cole slaw wasn't very good either.
