Review
The only gluten on the menu/in the cart are the buns, and they have new cascadia buns available for the sandwiches. Absolutely delicious fried chicken sandwiches, rice bowls, and tenders (haven’t tried the wings yet). Fried cauliflower is also great! I have (mostly) silent celiac & don’t react to cc so don’t know from that perspective how careful they are, but they seem to be on it

Review
The owner is knowledgeable about celiac and gluten free. Only thing in the food truck with gluten is buns. He ask to let him know if you’re celiac or not so he can take extra precaution. I’m quite sensitive and did not get sick
