I looove mochi so this was perfect for me. Some of the glazes were a little sweet but that doesn’t mean they weren’t excellent!

We go here all the time and it’s always great! Dedicated gluten-free donuts, muffins, waffles, and drinks. They have rotating seasonal items too. Plus cute merch and matcha to buy and take home too!

Really good butter mochi donuts. These are donut shaped butter mochi so the texture is like when you make butter mochi, not like a donut from Dunkin.

The good news is that there's no way to get glutened here. But the baked goods are just okay. Extremely chewy and not that flavorful. These are literally the only gf donuts I've ever tried so I can't confidently state I've had better, but I also tried the muffins and I've had much better ones elsewhere.

I drove out to Walnut Creek to try Third Culture Bakery not realizing that every single item they make in the bakery has dairy in it. Milk, cream, and/or butter.
I asked if they have any items that they might have in the future that are both gf and df but the person behind the counter says the only items they have that are df optional are the beverages and that we shouldn’t expect df items in the near future.
I’m so sad 😭 I miss pushkins in Sacramento ever since I moved.

First, what a beautiful back story and what this company represents!
EVERYTHING here is gluten free!!
Today was my second time in and I was greeted by this great energy of a soul. This person(should've got a name) asked if I had been in before and when I said I only tried the churro muffin they started to introduce me to all the other different items! It was the way they were described that got me YUM! I was SOLD. I would've never tried the original muffin their company started with but so glad their employee explained the background story and what it consisted of, otherwise I would've passed it up! The texture of the muffins are spongy and incredible. Flavors are on point. Hard for me to find really good bakery items that are gluten free. I will be back to try my next flavor muffin/donut and one of their specialty drinks. :D
