I was having one of those days when you’re craving something delicious and fluffy and these desserts really hit the spot. I had the cheesecake guava mochi donut and the banana caramel bread pudding, I was literally dancing after the first bite. Absolutely delicious and chewy, I really enjoyed them, and everything is gluten free, I’ll be coming back for sure 😍
Get the Churro Mochi Muffin!! It’s the best! I also enjoy their matcha lattes (they source their matcha straight from Japan).
Sometimes they have fun seasonal mochi waffle sandwiches or other specials.
You can find parking on the street but it can be a little tricky if busy.
Glutened most sensitive celiac in our party. No symptoms for the other two celiacs.
My kids love this place. If you have a celiac child this is the spot - dedicated GF and treats that kids actually want and like. The donuts are perfect for kids and reasonably priced. I find them a little too sweet but I absolutely love their waffle. They don’t always have it but when they do drive there asap and do not be dissuaded by the $15 price tag. I am not GF and this is the best food I have gotten from any type of restaurant or bakery all year.
Very cute place with friendly staff. We ordered 4 different donuts (yuzu, strawberry, dark chocolate, and ube) and a black sesame muffin.
The mochi muffin wasn't what I hoped. The inside was sticky and then outside was crunchy. Tasted good though. The sesame really came through and it wasn't overly sweet.
The donuts were fantastic. Excellent texture: soft, bouncy, and delicious. We loved all of them, especially the yuzu and the dark chocolate.
We got an iced roasted matcha drink. Made from high quality match and loved watching them create it with a traditional matcha bowl and whisk.
We didn't see anything not gf on the menu or in the case.
I was super excited when I found out about this place and after reading the reviews. Honestly for the price for half a dozen muffins $25, it's just not worth it. Most of the muffins were very dense and dry. I will say the Ube muffin had the most muffin like consistency. Great for a GF place (peace of mind), but overpriced for what you get. :( Maybe their donuts are better!
