I went for breakfast/lunch and they had a great selection of foods and the staff were more than happy to accommodate to me. Their gluten free bread is great!

Delicious food. Menu is not marked but we had a very knowledgeable server! She proactively went back to the kitchen to confirm ingredients / prep several items just make extra certain. I had some fantastic scallops and cheddar grits.

There was a THREE hour wait to get in the garden seating area (must be wonderful for three hour wait) so we sat inside the cafe. It’s very small inside, only 4 tables, but you can order the full dinner and bar menu. We started with an order of mixed olives, marcona almonds and manchego in olive oil. We also shared the Third Wave salad (spring mix topped with strawberries, almonds, feta and red onion with balsamic vinaigrette). I had a gf pizza called Honey Baby with Soppressata salami, Mozzarella/Provolone, organic tomato sauce, Italian cherry peppers, and NSB local wildflower honey. It was fantastic. The crust was thin and crispy with a good bite. It’s hard to get gluten free pizza right but these folks have it down. Service was great and we are looking forward to our next meal here.

Service was excellent & staff very knowledgeable about gluten free. I ordered the third wave salad without the feta and a side of grilled chicken. It was dressed perfectly and very satisfying. They stated that just about everything on the menu could be made gluten-free. Great environment! A must during any visit. Currently closed on Tuesday’s.

Gluten free pizza is amazing!! It is an extra $3 for it though. My husband and I love going to this restaurant when visiting NSB. I’d say it’s not celiac friendly as I’m pretty sure they use the same oven for all pizzas though.
True casual gourmet stop with GF pizza and meal options.

Staff was knowledgeable and food was great. We had the upgraded cheese board without bread (they offer gf bread from their pizzas but it’s baked on the same surface as gluten containing pizza - so that was a no for me). I also had the lion fish special with rice and veggies. Super tasty!
Had both a crepe with buffalo chicken, blue cheese, and apple slaw as well as one with strawberry and a cream cheese sauce. The texture of the crepes was a little doughy. But the flavors were phenomenal. I loved the outdoor patio and we had good service even though it was New Year’s Eve. Will definitely go back.
Very knowledgeable staff. Lots of gluten free options including pizza and CREPES! Great outdoor patio. Definitely a local favorite. Call for reservations for dinner or holiday weekend.
