The seared ahi salad was delicious. I didn't have the soy dressing as it's not GF. Make sure to inform staff you have Celiac because not all items on the GF menu are truly GF.

Their gluten free menu is gluten sensitive.... so things on the menu still have gluten in them as an FYI. You have to specify you can’t have any gluten and you have celiac otherwise dishes may come with gluten. Server and manager told me several times they aren’t really able to do GF, but would make an attempt. It made my experience there awkward and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t really go out of my way to go back there as options are so limited and the staff didn’t really have confidence that their kitchen could avoid cross contamination.

Gluten-sensitive menu is very small and one item we ordered was flagged as not gluten-free right before they brought it to our table. Item was on the gluten-free menu, so server said they need to “update their menu”. Very disappointed in my experience.

Super friendly staff, gf menu had some great options, and waitress helped us with their specialty menu that is not labeled gf. Ate on the patio, manager came out to check on us, definitely will return

They had items on their gf menu that weren't gf because they use the same fryer. I educated them that they cannot advertise something as gf when there is cross-contamination. The manager was very nice, comped my meal, and made sure that I could eat. Though the service was great, only two stars because you still need to make sure and ask all the questions even if it's in the gf menu.

Great gluten-free menu and knowledge of regular menu. Enjoyable meal.

They have a separate gluten free menu you can request that has a decent amount of choices. I had the fish tacos and they were delicious and I had no reactions. They sub out the beans and give you white rice as the side. When they delivered my food the lady said "gluten free fish tacos and we sub out the beans for the rice when its gluten free". I like how they made a point to let me know its gluten free. Great service here!

Unfortunately every time that I have ordered off of their gluten free menu I have had a major reaction... I have tried two of their salads and their irish nachos. Usually I'm not overly bothered by cross contamination, but all three times I've eaten at the thirsty lion it has left me horribly sick the following day. I do agree that the staff has always been wonderful and the environment is fun.
