The Head Chef took great care of us; walked us through the menu and made sure our food was cooked separate.

J’ai demandé à voir le chef qui a été très gentil. J’ai eu les côtes levées et le poulet, modifiés pour ne pas avoir de gluten ni contamination croisée. Parfait!

I ate here three times on several trips to universal and they were consistent in their knowledge and handling of celiac needs. As soon as I asked about gf options they brought out the chef who talked me through the several options they have. The chef then prepares the meal to ensure no cross contamination. I have had the rib platter and the chicken platter. Both are very good. Come with corn and roasted potatoes. Always feel safe coming here!

Enjoyed the leek soup & salad (no croutons) and butterbeer! As soon as I said gluten free, she ran off to get a chef, who walked me through it all. Tasted good and I’m safe, hours later (I can be a delayed reaction sometimes)

You first order at the counter and then head to a different line to pick up the food but as soon as I inquired about gluten-free options, the woman taking my order immediately went into the kitchen to have one of the cooks come out and speak with me. He gave me plenty of options and I went with a slightly modified version of their traditional English breakfast and it was excellent - and most importantly - I did not have a reaction!

I definitely feel this is a safe spot to eat, when I told them I had to have gluten free the chef was notified. It’s an amusement park restaurant so I wasn’t expecting the food to be great but eating here is more about the atmosphere so I didn’t mind that my chicken platter was just okay.

Like other places in Universal Studios, the menu advises that you report your allergy to staff before you order. The chef came out to meet me and explain the options, and told me he would be personally preparing the food. I ordered a turkey leg and they substitute roasted potatoes. I was so grateful to get to enjoy a meal here.

Food was ok. As soon as I said “celiac” they called out a chef. Super safe, but food wasn’t great

I ate there for 2 lunches had their rotisserie chicken meal both times. I was able to talk to the chef and they were very acomidating the cashier didn't quite get it but that's ok the chef did. The food is hot boxed and so it doesn't mix and cross contaminate as much as it could. They put your gf food on a separate tray and it is covered. The butterbeer is also gluten free but you would think that it's liquid gold based off of the price!

Cashier knew what I meant when I said celiac. She had a kind chef come and explain the menu and my options. I got the roasted chicken, corn, and potatoes. She did say that I could do the ribs, they just give you a packed of GF bbq sauce to use instead of the house sauce. She explained the meals are hot boxed, so they do not cross and they change gloves between boxes if needed, etc. They noted when placing my order about the allergy. They also put a cover on your plate to help keep it safe. The only thing I noticed was that my fiancé’s wedges were spilled over his plate and dangerously close to touching my food. Maybe they should use two trays instead. Besides that, I haven’t gotten sick so I think we are all good! Go get a frozen butter beer while you are at it!

Our son is extremely sensitive - at first was nervous with the person taking our order till she paused and had a chef come out to discuss. He walked us thru the options (bbq sauce comes in its own container)... food was amazing and no issues !!

Had the turkey leg and roasted potatoes. Got lightly sick after, but in fairness it might be that I got on a ride too fast after I eat. But 80% it was a glutening. Makes no sense as the chef brought my food over, but maybe there was some cross contamination. Regardless, delicious and I would go back and have a more firm talk about cross contamination.

The woman who took my order knew immediately which items on the menu were gluten free and answered my million questions with confidence. She also notified the chef about my restrictions. I got the chicken and ribs, they gave me BBQ sauce on the side because theirs isn’t gf. Food was very good and i would go back if I ever return to the park! 🙂

Good experience - fun restaurant serving “British” style food. Asking to speak to chef seems a safer way to deal with Allergies at theme parks - I had the chicken platter with corn and roast potatoes (See photo) and the chef explained my choice and oversaw my meal delivery which was covered by a second plate to avoid cross contamination. Did not get glutened. They also do a GF version of their ribs apparently. Sit outside on the Balcony overlooking Hogwarts for a less crowded experience.

Enjoyed the turkey leg (didn’t used to be gluten free but now is) they subbed the roasted Potatoes for the potato wedges as potato wedges are not gluten free. Also had a butterbeer. All gluten free and delicious.

The Three Broomsticks is the main restaurant in Hogmeade that offers lunch, dinner, and snacks. It’s a quick-service restaurant where you order at a counter and then are given your food straight away. We ordered the chicken and ribs platter, and chicken legs. It was all pretty filling and the atmosphere is super cool. You will need to alert the staff to your restrictions when you place your order so they can prep the food accordingly.

Nightmare!! I spent months researching gluten free options for our stay at Universal. Every other restaurant we visited was great. My daughter was so excited for the pancake breakfast at three broomsticks as she is a huge Harry potter fan. The restaurant was not that busy, the chef came out and went over options and precautions and oversaw our order. At the pickup counter everything looked as ordered (no croissant, extra bacon in place of sausage) half way into our meal the chef came rushing to our table and told us we were served the wrong pancakes!!! He had just finished cooking the gf ones and realized we had already been served. My 2 daughters and I felt sick for 1.5 days. I would never trust a counter service restaurant here again. Too much confusion and changing hands. Sit down meals at Mythos, The Kitchen, Hard Rock, Margaritaville and Islands Dining room were the best.

Staff was super-knowledgeable! We went for breakfast and they had a few options, such as GF pancakes or the American breakfast with a few modifications (no sausage or croissant - they put extra bacon and potatoes to make up for it). I’ve heard they have GF options for lunch/dinner too but haven’t tried those yet.
