The owner Marc is super careful and aware of GF needs. There are tons of options on the menu that are gluten free (all of the meats are GF). They switched gloves when they served us and used separate pot/water for the pasta. My daughter had ribs and a side of mac-n-cheese which was amazing! We ordered 3 different meals and everything was delicious and fresh! Such nice people and amazing food!
