GF pizza dough is made in house from their own recipe. It cooked up soft and chewy and yet crispy on the edges in their brick oven. Probably the best GF pizza dough I've had! They also have GF pasta with almost all of their dishes being able to be made GF. It is probably not safe for Celiacs though with the food prepared in a shared kitchen and a shared brick oven.
